進行状況・設定・お礼の飾りは端末内に保存します。開発者のサーバーへ送信しません。アカウント登録、広告、アクセス解析、位置情報の取得はありません。端末の設定によって、セーブデータがOSのバックアップに含まれる場合があります。
追加章の購入・復元はAppleまたはGoogleが処理します。アプリは商品の価格と購入記録を受け取り、追加章を利用できるか確認します。Google版では署名付きの購入記録を端末内のバックアップ対象外の領域に保存します。カード番号は開発者に渡りません。各ストアはそれぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を扱います。
アプリを削除すると端末内の進行状況は失われる場合があります。購入の復元は同じストア・同じアカウントで行えますが、ステージの進行を復元する機能ではありません。AppleとGoogleの購入は共有されません。
お問い合わせを送った場合、メールアドレスと内容を回答に必要な範囲で使用します。子どもを含む利用者の個人情報を、ゲームから収集する仕組みはありません。
データの保管と削除：お問い合わせの情報は、回答・問題解決・関連する紛争への対応に必要な期間保管し、その必要がなくなった情報は削除します。法令上の保存義務がある情報はその期間保管します。削除のご依頼はinfo@shinwa-creative.jpへお送りください。端末内データはアプリの削除で消去でき、OSのバックアップは端末の設定から管理できます。ストア側の購入記録の取扱いは各ストアの案内をご確認ください。
安全な取扱い：アプリの保存データはOSのアプリ領域で管理します。問い合わせ情報へのアクセスは対応に必要な担当者に限り、利用するメールサービスのアクセス制御を用いて管理します。ご自身の端末・ストアアカウントの保護にもご協力ください。

Progress, settings and selected gifts stay on your device and are not sent to the developer's servers. There is no account registration, advertising, analytics or location tracking. Your operating system may include game saves in backups, depending on your settings.
Apple or Google processes chapter purchases and restores. The app receives product prices and purchase records to check chapter access. On Android, signed purchase records are stored locally in a folder excluded from normal backups. The developer does not receive card numbers. Each store handles information under its own privacy policy.
Removing the app may remove local progress. Restore purchases works with the same store and account, but does not restore puzzle progress. Apple and Google purchases are separate.
If you email support, we use your email address and message to respond to your request. The game has no system for collecting personal information from players, including children.
Retention and deletion: We retain support messages while needed to answer the request, resolve the issue and handle related disputes. We delete information no longer needed, except where retention is required by law. To request deletion, email info@shinwa-creative.jp. Local data can be removed by deleting the app; manage OS backups through your device settings. Consult your store about its purchase records.
Security: Local app data is kept in the operating system's app storage. Access to support information is limited to people who need it to respond, using the email service's access controls. Please also protect your device and store account.
